A small fire in a kitchen at Camel Rock Casino in Tesuque Pueblo forced a brief evacuation of the casino Saturday night, according to Santa Fe County Fire Department officials.

Battalion Chief Shane Todd said the department received a report on the grease fire about 10:30 p.m. Saturday, but the flames were extinguished by the time firefighters arrived on the scene.

Todd said damage to the property was minor, and no one was injured in the incident.
