Rudolph V. Martinez, 57, of Santa Fe was arrested at 8:22 a.m. Tuesday and charged with shoplifting a package of Ex-Lax from Walgreen's, 3298 Cerrillos Road.
Someone stole a 20-inch flat-screen television from a home in the 6400 block of Paseo del Sol around 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Frank A. Gonzalez, 24, of Santa Fe was arrested at Camino Rojo and Country Club Road on Tuesday and charged with driving with a revoked license.
A burglar stole a BOMAG compacter from the back of a 2008 Chevrolet pickup parked in the 2300 block of Anna Jean Court between 9 p.m. Monday and 6 a.m. Tuesday.
Someone stole a MacBook laptop computer, an Xbox video-game system and jewelry from a home in the 7100 block of Calienti Road sometime before 5 p.m. Tuesday.
A 32-inch flat-screen television, an Xbox video-game system, a wireless video-game controller and 10 video games were stolen from a home in the 100 block of La Joya Road between 8 a.m. and 2:48 p.m. Tuesday.
A burglar stole two televisions from an apartment in the 500 block of West Zia Road between 9:30 a.m. and 1:23 p.m. Tuesday.
Two laptop computers, a television and medication were stolen from a home in the 4700 block of Solecito Way between 8 a.m. and 2:26 p.m. Tuesday.
Someone stole an iPod and a wallet from a 2001 Nissan Maxima parked in the 4300 block of Center Place before 4:20 a.m. Tuesday.
Someone stole jewelry from a home in the 1000 block of Calle Margarita between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Michelle Narvaiz, 27, of Santa Fe was arrested in the 1800 block of St. Michael's Drive at 2:10 a.m. Wednesday and charged with unlawful use of a driver's license.

Someone stole 100 pieces of jewelry, a laptop computer, checks and Mexican currency from a home on Glowing Star Road in Tesuque between 3:30 and 7:15 p.m. Tuesday. The phone lines at the home were reportedly cut.
Someone stole a presidential Rolex watch from a home on Grey Wolf Road in the Las Campanas area between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday.
A 46-inch flat-screen television, jewelry and two digital cameras were stolen from a home on Camino Vista Verde between 7:50 and 11:49 a.m. Tuesday.
Someone stole jewelry, pottery, a laptop computer, a Global Positioning System and other items from a home in the 200 block of Pueblo de Cielo in Tesuque between 2 and 8:20 p.m. Tuesday.
A 42-inch flat-screen television was stolen from a home on Gunnison Road near Airport Road between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday.
DWI arrests
Samuel Gutierrez, 53, of Albuquerque was arrested at 10:18 p.m. Tuesday on N.M. 14 at Rancho Viejo Boulevard and charged with DWI.

Today's location of the Santa Fe Police Department's mobile speed enforcement vehicle: Near Salazar Elementary School from 7:25 and 8:15 a.m. and from 2:10 and 2:55 p.m.; Rufina Street between Fox Road and Zafarano Drive roundabout (a newly posted 35 mph zone).
