The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:

  • Francisco J. Fonseca, 20, 3033 Calle Caballero, was arrested at 1 p.m. Sunday and charged with false imprisonment and battery against a household member.
  • u Someone stole two digital cameras and a bag of clothes from a 2002 Ford Windstar van parked in the 500 block of West Cordova Road, between 1 and 1:58 p.m. Sunday.
  • Several unspecified items were stolen from the Nike Factory Outlet store, 8380 Cerrillos Road No. 200, between 11 p.m. Saturday and 12:01 p.m. Sunday. A glass door to the business and a cash register were damaged as well.
  • Someone stole a cellular telephone and a digital camera from a Honda car parked in the 1300 block of Luana Street sometime before 11 p.m. Friday.
  • Edgar Nevarez-Ruiz, 29, 6401 Poplar St., was arrested near Cerrillos Road and St. Michael's Drive at 1:52 a.m. Monday and charged with driving with a revoked license and concealing identity.

The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following report:

  • Someone shot at a house on Jemez Road in Santa Fe County early Monday. After the homeowner reported hearing shots fired, police found two bullet holes on the side of her residence that penetrated the wall. Nobody was hurt.

DWI arrest

  • A sheriff's deputy arrested Gustavo Piñeda, no age or address provided, on the West Frontage Road off N.M. 599 early Monday and charged him with DWI. Police say Piñeda registered a 0.13 and a 0.12 blood-alcohol content on two Breathalyzer tests administered after he was pulled over.
