The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
• Vincent Smith, 30, of Santa Fe was arrested in the 1800 block of Cerrillos Road at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday on a misdemeanor charge of falsely obtaining services. Police reports indicate Smith stole a $1 bag of Doritos from a business after being denied food.
• Someone stole two laptop computers, a Wii video game system and a digital camera from a home in the 900 block of Camino Santander between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
• Tools were stolen from the back of a 1999 Chevrolet pickup parked in the 1300 block of Acequia Borrada between 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.
• A red leather purse was stolen from a 2007 Dodge pickup parked in the 2800 block of Cerrillos Road between 5:20 p.m. and 6 p.m. Wednesday.
• Andres Archuleta, 33, of the 2000 block of Camino Lado, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. Wednesday near St. Francis Drive and Cordova Road and charged with driving with a revoked license.
• Someone stole a basket full of paperwork from a 1993 Toyota Camry parked in the 1700 block of St. Michael's Drive between 11:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
• A burglar stole two laptop computers, a television and jewelry from a home in the 100 block of Rodriguez Street between 9:30 a.m. and 12:57 p.m. Tuesday.
• Someone stole a laptop computer from a home in the 1200 block of Vegas Verdes between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
• A purse and an iPod were stolen from a 2008 Kia Spectra parked in the 100 block of Alto Street between 4:40 and 5:50 p.m. Tuesday.
• Two cellular telephone chargers were stolen from a 2006 Ford Expedition parked in the 800 block of Old Santa Fe Trail between 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and 5:50 p.m. Wednesday.
• Someone stole a cellular telephone and a suitcase from a 1998 Ford pickup parked in the 800 block of Old Santa Fe Trail between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.
• A $20 bill and loose change were stolen from the center console of a 2007 Toyota Highlander parked in the 400 block of Camino Monte Vista between 10:30 a.m. Tuesday and 6 a.m. Wednesday.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
• Someone stole half a pack of cigarettes and jewelry from a home on Calle Zanate in the Airport Road area between 10:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
• Carlos Quintana, 39, of Santa Fe was arrested on Camino Tres Arroyos in the West Alameda area on Wednesday and charged with battery against a household member.
• Someone stole four tires and rims, a front bumper, a rear bumper, a vehicle grill, turn signals, a tool box and vehicle battery from 2004 Dodge pickup parked on U.S. 84/285 near Pojoaque between Sunday and Wednesday.
• Someone stole a GE refrigerator and GE dishwasher from a home on Woodland Way near Old Las Vegas Highway on Thursday.
The New Mexico State Police Department is investigating the following reports:
• Joseph A. Valdez, 21, of Chacon, was arrested on N.M. 599 on Saturday and charged with driving with a revoked license. An 19-year-old man, Michael Valdez of Chacon, was also arrested in the traffic stop and served an unspecified warrant.
• Joaquin Lucero, 29, of Santa Fe was arrested on Interstate 25 on Friday and charged with possession of marijuana.
DWI arrests
• Lazarro Chavez, 39, of Santa Fe was arrested on U.S. 84/285 on Tuesday and charged with DWI and open container.
• Jamie Romero, 28, of Santa Fe was arrested on the N.M. 599 west frontage road on Thursday and charged with DWI.
• State police arrested Sam S. Coston, 52, of Santa Fe on Old Las Vegas Highway on Sunday and charged him with DWI.
• Carlos Juan Nava, 34, of Santa Fe was arrested near Cerrillos Road and Zafarano Drive at 2:56 a.m. Saturday and charged with DWI.

• Today's location of the Santa Fe Police Department's mobile speed enforcement vehicle: Chaparral Elementary School on Zia Road between Yucca Avenue and Vo-Tech Road between 7:25 and 8:15 a.m. and again between 2:10 p.m. and 2:55 p.m.; Richards Avenue between Rodeo Road and Governor Miles Road the rest of the day.
