The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the following reports:
• A wallet was taken from a 2005 Kia Sorento that was parked in the 2700 block of Camino Lazo. The car's window was semi-open at the time of the incident, which was reported at 3 a.m. Friday.
• A woman reported that her purse, containing credit cards, was stolen after she left it under the driver's seat and left her 2010 Chevy Traverse's doors unlocked. The incident happened in the 2700 block of Camino Lazo around 3 a.m. Friday.
• A man reported that his 2006 Toyota Tundra was burglarized, and the thief took a Nintendo and a change purse with $25. The Toyota, which was left with unlocked doors, was parked in the 2900 block of Pasaje del Herrero around 8 a.m. Friday.
• On Thursday, Santa Fe police officers were dispatched to Santa Fe High School to investigate drug activity on campus and seized less than an ounce of marijuana and 48 pieces of white pills. No further details were available.
• Someone reported that an unknown suspect stole $2,000 in cash while at Squeaky Clean Car Wash, 3931 Cerrillos Road.
The incident occurred on Thursday night.
• On Friday, a 2008 Subaru was broken into while parked in the 1100 block of Alto Street around 4 p.m. The burglar shattered a rear passenger-side window and stole photographs and a Coach leather purse valued at $200.
• A male reported that his brown leather wallet, containing his New Mexico driver's license and identification, was stolen between 4:45 and 5:15 p.m. Thursday. The truck was parked in the 3000 block of Cerrillos Road.
• Christian Barney of Santa Fe was arrested on Friday night on charges of aggravated battery and aggravated assault on a police officer. The incident happened near the intersection of Richards Avenue and Cerrillos Road.
• A man reported that he was robbed by two men while he walked near the intersection of Guadalupe and Alameda streets around 4 a.m. Saturday. The thieves hit the victim on the chin, arm and forehead and then took his black leather wallet, which contained $51.
• A man reported that he was hit on the head with a beer bottle by his friend after they had been drinking together in a Quality Inn hotel room off Cerrillos Road. The suspect fled with his friend's wallet, cell phone and 1998 red Honda Accord, according to the report. The victim was taken to the hospital.
The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following reports:
• Daniel Tapia, 18, was arrested on charges of receiving/transferring stolen property, burglary and possession of a controlled substance. Deputies received a call about suspicious activity Friday and responded to a home on Calle Nueva Vista. Police recovered stolen property that Tapia allegedly had sold to several neighbors. Officers also recovered items connected to other burglaries. Sheriff's officers also found six bindles that possibly contained crack cocaine.
• A burglar entered a home on Coriander Road through an open front bedroom window sometime on Thursday and took an HP computer, a security lock box and a journal valued more than $900.
• Someone reported that burglars entered his home on Calle Varada through an open bathroom window sometime between 1:30 and 2:05 p.m. and took two Apple Macbooks and a Leica D-Lux camera, valued at $6,600.
